Booking conditions
The use of services or purchase products of Ébano Select Apartments implies acceptance of this agreement, you declare and accept:
1. Be an adult (over 18 years) and have the legal capacity required to contract the services offered on the the website of Ébano Hotel Apartments & Spa, and that you fully understand and accept all the terms and conditions published on the website.
2. That in order to contract the services offered, the user must register as a client and declares that all information provided during the registration process is true, complete, and accurate.
3. That you confirm the dates indicated in the reservation, as well as the number of rooms, number of guests, board type, and the selected hotel.
4. That the conditions and price of the contracted reservation are those specifically stated in this document. Services begin at 15:00 on the day of arrival and end at 11:00 on the day of departure.
5. That the hotel will require the credit card used to make the reservation at check-in to verify the identity of the cardholder.
6. That if you do not show up on the day of arrival without prior cancellation, the hotel will charge the full amount paid as a no-show penalty.
7. That the reservation price includes accommodation and the board plan selected at the time of booking. It does not include any optional extras or additional services not expressly contracted through the ebanoibiza.com system.
8. That reservation prices include VAT, unless otherwise stated. Any additional tax or fee applicable to the stay must be paid directly at the establishment.
According to Law 2/2006, from March 30, 2016, on the Tourist accommodation tax in the Balearic Islands and measures to promote Sustainable Tourism, we inform you that, from July 1, 2016, all persons older than 16 years old who stay at our establishment must pay a touristic tax (amount indicated in the mentioned Law)per person per night. This tax is not included in the room price and it will be paid directly at the hotel.
9. Ébano Hotel Apartments & Spa reserves the right to cancel any reservation made at an error rate without liability. (Error rates are defined as prices 60% lower than the average market rate in Playa d'en Bossa for a given date.)
10. For standard rate reservations, a deposit equivalent to the first night will be charged, and the remaining amount must be paid upon check-in.
For non-refundable (promotional) rates, 100% of the full amount will be charged at the time of booking. No changes or cancellations are permitted under this rate.
Important information: If your stay is longer than 10 nights or you have booked more than 5 rooms, the hotel will apply special conditions for payments and cancellations. Our team will contact you shortly to inform about the new reservation policy and reconfirm your reservation.
Modification of the reservation
Once your reservation is confirmed, any changes may only be made at the request of the customer, provided such changes are allowed under the specific terms and conditions of the reservation. All modifications are subject to hotel availability, current rates at the time of the change, and any applicable processing or cancellation fees, as outlined below.
In the case of a standard rate, changes are only allowed within the free cancellation period. For non-refundable rates, no changes are permitted under any circumstances.

We have six Premium Pool Access apartments, located on the ground floor of the north wing of the resort. These south-facing apartments are extremely popular, giving you extended hours of natural light and sunshine, as well as a balcony and direct access to the central garden from its own terrace.
